Vendor FAQs

Q. How big is the stall / what are the dimensions of the counter of the stall?

A. The stall is 10x10 and the counter dimensions are: 39” W x 39” H x 18” D

Q. How many samples should I bring? 

A. 500 total for both days

Q. Is there an accessible storage area?  

A. There will be storage available for anything that you cannot have in your stand for a set fee

Q. Will there be any storage allowed in my stand? 

A. You can leave materials in your stand, however, anything valuable should be taken overnight

Q. Where do I enter for move-in days?  

A. Monday, March 27th 2-6pm  | Tuesday, March 28th 7-11am 

Q. What kind of cups can I bring?

A. Please only bring recycled plastic or paper for the show

Q. Are plastic utensils and or cups provided for the event?

A. No, you will need to provide these items for your stand. If you are part of a lunch or panel event, these items will be provided for you

Q. Can I purchase cups?

A. Yes, through Expo CC

Q. Do I have access to a prep area?

A. Yes, this will be available however, this will be unsupervised and not a designated storage area
